other immune problems are sensitive to starch

I know for myself that starch makes a whole lot of weird immune quirks that I have *much* worse.. eg: my asthma and allergies get worse to the point that I can't touch my parents dog without getting really really itchy. The allergies include rhinitis, allergy to dust mites, and of course allergy to some kinds of animal hair/fur/feather.

When I eat starch I get some problems which are associated to reiter's syndrome (as well as associated with AS), such as: a) inflammation in my hands, knees, and feet - called enthesitis, or inflammation of the enthesis. b) iritis. c) small skin wounds popping up out of nowhere typically up around the back of my shoulders. d) mouth ulcers.
